Funeral Details from family - Tuesday 14 May. 1.00pm at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple.
It is with great sadness that we must inform you of the recent death of Claudette Blake, formerly Peakman,
3 September 1936 - 25 April 2024
Claudette was Head of Home Economics at Saint Martin's for many years, retiring in 1995. After several years of widowhood, she married Gerry Blake, a former bursar at Saint Martin's and moved to Tiverton, Devon. She will be remembered not only for her teaching but also for her enormous contribution to the life of the school.
