Non-Uniform Day to Support Leukaemia Research and the Morgan Family

This Friday, our school community will be coming together to support Leukaemia UK during our non uniform day. Charlie Morgan (Windsor 2005–2016) was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia 12 months ago and we’re very pleased to share that Charlie’s treatment is going well! While there is still a journey ahead, the Morgan family are all very optimistic about the future and incredibly grateful for the support they have received.

A huge amount of the research that makes treatments like Charlie’s possible is funded by Leukaemia UK, a fantastic charity dedicated to stopping leukaemia from devastating lives through cutting edge research, increased awareness, and strong advocacy.

Charlie’s parents, Sean Morgan (Head of the Senior School) and Rachel Morgan (Form Teacher J1RM and Art Lead), will be running the London Marathon on 26 April in support of Leukaemia UK. All money raised from Friday’s non uniform day will be added directly to their fundraising total and donated to the charity.

If you would like to support this important cause, you can donate via their JustGiving page: (www.justgiving.com/page/seanandrachel).

Thank you for standing with Leukaemia UK, Charlie and the Morgan family.
