The Christmas term concluded in style with our much anticipated annual Old Silhillians vs 1st Team clashes in both Hockey and Rugby, an afternoon that truly showcased skill, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.

In Rugby, the match was a hard fought contest featuring big tackles and fast-paced play. The current 1st XV emerged victorious with a narrow 14–10 win over the Old Sils side. Over on the hockey pitch, the Girls’ 1st XI delivered an impressive performance, securing a 7–1 victory, while the Old Silhillians XI came out 4–2 on top.

Beyond the scores, the day was a brilliant reminder of what it means to be an Old Silhillian, connection, pride, and shared tradition. We are proud of our alumni and current students for making this event such a success!
