Is anyone in contact with Nigel Williams (Fetherston 1966 - 1973) who, like us, left school in 1973?
He was a fine player for Worthington FC, formed of sixth formers, who played informally on Sundays 1972/73 and even had - and won - the occasional competitive fixture!
There was a successful 50th Anniversary Reunion last year, but we could not track down Nigel. If you are out there, Nigel, or if there's someone in touch with him, please contact me at nick.way19@gmail.com. It would be great if Nigel could join us (we number about 14!) at the next Worthington FC event, in the autumn!
